Irrigation Inspection. Contractor agrees to monitor, adjust and manage all irrigation systems for proper frequency, duration, and operation of watering. Contractor will notify Owner of malfunction or damage to the system's integrity. Upon assignment of a new contract, the Contractor shall have the first fifteen (15) days to evaluate the operational condition of the system. Contractor is to identify deficiencies and provide an itemized cost to repair to the Town Manager. After the first fifteen (15) days, all unidentified deficiencies are subject to Section IX, paragraph B. This provision does not apply to an existing Contractor who is currently under contract. During the last thirty (30) days of this contract, Contractor is to perform a complete audit and perform all repairs to ensure the proper operation of all components. Repairs are to be completed by the expiration date of this contract. All associated costs for labor and materials are considered in the bid price of this agreement; excluding pumps, controllers, and pressure switches.
Irrigation Inspection. All irrigation zones shall be inspected once a month to insure proper operation. All zones will be turned on for a minimum of five minutes to check for any coverage issues or any broken irrigation components. Any issues that require adjustments or cleaning of the filters, heads, rotors, spray nozzles will be performed during the Monthly inspection. Management shall receive a monitoring report after monthly irrigation inspection.

Irrigation Inspection. When routine turf maintenance has been completed, the turf areas shall be visually inspected by the Contractor to ensure there is no damage to sprinklers or any other part of the irrigation system. Any damage to the sprinkler system and its parts caused by the mowing operation must be replaced and repaired immediately and at the Contractors expense.
