IRSA PC’s Option to Effect Total Defeasance or Partial Defeasance. IRSA PC may at its option, by written notice executed by an Authorized Person of IRSA PC delivered to the Trustee, elect to have either Section 11.2 or Section 11.3 applied to any Series of Securities, unless otherwise designated pursuant to the terms of such Securities established as set forth in Section 2.3, in each case upon compliance with the conditions set forth below in this Article XI; provided that the provisions of this Article XI shall apply only to Securities of a Series that are denominated and payable in U.S. dollars and have a fixed rate of interest.
