Common use of ISA Provisions – XXX XXXX Transactions Clause in Contracts

ISA Provisions – XXX XXXX Transactions. If one or more German XXX XXXX Pledged Securities Account(s) have been established pursuant to Clause 2.1.1, in order to provide Margin for XXX XXXX Transactions, in accordance with Chapter I Part 1 Number 3 and Part 4 Number 6 and Number 14 of the Clearing Conditions, the Clearing Member hereby pledges to Eurex Clearing AG all securities which are at present or are in the future deposited in any such German XXX XXXX Pledged Securities Account(s).
