Common use of ISDA Definitions Clause in Contracts

ISDA Definitions. The 1991 ISDA Definitions (as published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc ("ISDA")), as supplemented by the 1998 Supplement to the 1991 ISDA Definitions (as published by ISDA) (the "1991 ISDA Definitions") as at the date of this Agreement are incorporated into this Agreement and each Confirmation.

ISDA Definitions. The Reference is hereby made to the 1991 ISDA Definitions (as the "Definitions"), published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc ("ISDA"))Inc., which is hereby incorporated by reference herein without regard to any revision or subsequent edition thereof or as supplemented by the 1998 Supplement to the 1991 ISDA Definitions (as published by ISDA) (the "1991 ISDA Definitions") as at the date of this Agreement are incorporated into this Agreement and each otherwise provided in any Confirmation.

ISDA Definitions. The 1991 ISDA Definitions (the "1991 Definitions") as published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc ("ISDA"))Inc., as supplemented by the 1998 Supplement to the 1991 ISDA Definitions (as published by ISDA) (the "1991 ISDA Definitions") as at the date shall be deemed a part of this Agreement are incorporated into as if fully set forth herein. The 1991 Definitions and the provisions of Section 12 of this Agreement and shall be deemed a part of each ConfirmationConfirmation as if set forth in full therein.
