Common use of ISIN Numbers Clause in Contracts

ISIN Numbers. The Issuer in issuing Notes may use “ISIN” numbers, as applicable (if then generally in use), and, if so, the Trustee shall use for the Securities “ISIN” number in notices to the Holders as a convenience to such Holders; provided, that any such notice may state that no representation is made as to the correctness of such numbers either as printed on the Notes or as contained in any notice and that reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers printed on the Notes, and any such notice shall not be affected by any defect in or omission of such numbers. The Issuer will promptly notify the Trustee in writing of any changes in the “ISIN” numbers.
