Common use of ISIN Numbers Clause in Contracts

ISIN Numbers. The Company in issuing the Notes may use “ISIN” numbers (if then generally in use). The Trustee and the Agents shall not be responsible for the use of ISIN numbers, and neither the Trustee nor any Agent makes any representation as to their correctness as printed on any Note or notice to Holders. The Company shall promptly notify the Trustee and the Agents in writing of any change in the ISIN numbers.
