Isis’ Insurance Obligations. Isis will maintain, at its cost, reasonable insurance against liability and other risks associated with its activities contemplated by this Agreement.

Isis’ Insurance Obligations. Isis will maintain, at its cost, reasonable insurance against liability and other risks associated with its activities contemplated by this Agreement, including but not limited to its indemnification obligations herein, in such amounts and on such terms as are customary for prudent practices for biotech companies of similar size and with similar resources in the pharmaceutical industry for the activities to be conducted by it under this Agreement taking into account the scope of development of products. Isis will furnish to AstraZeneca evidence of any insurance required under this Section 9.5.1, upon request.
