Common use of Isis’ Insurance Obligations Clause in Contracts

Isis’ Insurance Obligations. Isis will maintain, at its cost, reasonable insurance against liability and other risks associated with its activities contemplated by this Agreement, provided, that, at a minimum, Isis will maintain, in force from 30 days prior to enrollment of the first patient in a Clinical Study, a [***] insurance policy providing coverage of at least $[***] per claim and $[***] Annual aggregate. Isis will furnish to Biogen Idec evidence of such insurance upon request.
