ISO Change Cost Threshold Amount. The ISO Change Cost Threshold Amount for each Facility Term Year shall be the value calculated in accordance with the following formula: Where A = Estimated Annual Production in kWh (i.e., MWh/1000). B = Generation-weighted average of the time-differentiated Energy Price (i.e., generation-weighted average of “D” x “E” below) based on Metered Amounts for all Settlement Intervals in the Facility Term Year in $/kWh (i.e., ($/MWh)/1000). C = Two percent (2%). D = Energy Price in $/kWh (i.e., ($/MWh)/1000). E = Energy Payment Allocation Factor, set forth in Exhibit K, applicable to the Settlement Interval being calculated.
