ISP-Bound Traffic. 7.3.6.1 The Parties agree that ISP-bound traffic is Interstate traffic and governed by the FCC’s Order on Remand and Report and Order (Intercarrier Compensation for ISP-bound Traffic) CC Docket 01-131 (FCC ISP Order), effective June 14, 2001. However, the Parties agree to exchange ISP-bound traffic utilizing the xxxx and keep compensation mechanism. Xxxx and keep will apply to both end office call termination and tandem switched transport of ISP-bound traffic.

ISP-Bound Traffic. 7.3.6.1 Subject to the terms of this Section, terminating compensation for ISP- Bound traffic exchanged between CenturyLink and CLEC will be billed pursuant to rates in Exhibit A, without limitation as to the number of minutes of use (MOU) or whether the MOU are generated in "new markets" as that term has been defined by the FCC so long as the ISP for which the call is bound is physically located in the same local calling area as the End User Customer originating the call.

ISP-Bound Traffic. If a Type-2B, Interconnection has been established by the Parties upon receipt of notice as provide in Section 5.1, CENTURYLINK shall provision ISP Bound trunks as provided in Appendix A.I.c. 4.3.2.1 The two-way, Type-2B ISP Bound Traffic Interconnection will be used by CENTURYLINK to deliver ISP Bound Traffic to the ISP provider telephone numbers as provided in Appendix D, served by CCCI. 4.3.2.2 The two-way, Type-2B ISP Bound Traffic Interconnection will be used by CCCI to deliver ISP Bound Traffic to the ISP provided in Appendix D, served by CENTURYLINK. 4.3.2.3 ISP Bound Traffic shall be subject to a Xxxx and Keep Arrangement.
ISP-Bound Traffic. ISP-Bound Traffic means traffic that originates from or is directed, either directly or indirectly, to or through an information service provider or Internet Service Provider (ISP) physically located in an area within the Local/ELCS/EAS exchange of the originating End User Customer. Traffic originated from, directed to or through an ISP physically located outside the originating End User Customer’s Local/ELCS/EAS exchange will be considered Switched Access Traffic and subject to Access Service charges. VoIP-PSTN Traffic is not ISP-Bound Traffic.
ISP-Bound Traffic. 6.2.1.5 Toll Blocking Service is a Selective Class of Call Screening (CustomNet). Selective Class of Call Screening restricts, by operator screen identification, outgoing toll calls from trunks to collect, third party billed, and/or credit card calls only. Direct dialed calls to Directory Assistance, 800/877/888, E911/911, 950, and Qwest Repair are permitted. It is available when WSP sends its traffic on outgoing Ancillary Trunks. 6.2.1.6 Billed Number Screening allows WSP the capability of restricting incoming collect and/or third number billed calls from being billed to their Ancillary Trunks. Although these lines are outgoing trunks, the capability does exist to terminate a collect and/or third number billed call to the line. Other long distance companies may or may not subscribe to Billing Validation or recognize the billed number screening indicator. Therefore, calls placed on other long distance company networks may complete and xxxx collect and/or third number billed calls to the WSP account. Qwest is not responsible for any calls completed on other long distance company networks.

ISP-Bound Traffic. Upon receipt of notice as provide in Section 5.1, the Parties shall provision ISP Bound Trunks as provided in Appendix A.I.c. 4.2.4.1 The two-way, Type-2A ISP Bound Traffic Interconnection Trunk(s) will be used by CENTURYLINK to deliver ISP Bound Traffic to the ISP provider telephone numbers as provided in Appendix D, served by CCCI. 4.2.4.2 The two-way, Type-2A ISP Bound Traffic Interconnection Trunk(s) will be used by CCCI to deliver ISP Bound Traffic to the ISP provided in Appendix D, served by CENTURYLINK. 4.2.4.3 ISP Bound Traffic shall be subject to a Xxxx and Keep Arrangement.
ISP-Bound Traffic. The traffic that is subject to the intercarrier compensation plan for ISP-bound traffic established in the FCC Internet Order.
