Common use of ISPS Code Clause in Contracts

ISPS Code. Each Borrower shall comply with the ISPS Code and in particular, without limitation, shall: (a) procure that the Ship owned by it and the company responsible for that Ship’s compliance with the ISPS Code comply with the ISPS Code; and (b) maintain for that Ship an ISSC; and (c) notify the Agent immediately in writing of any actual or threatened withdrawal, suspension, cancellation or modification of the ISSC.

ISPS Code. Each The Borrower shall procure that each Owner shall comply with the ISPS Code and in particular, without limitation, shall: (a) procure that the Ship owned by it and the company responsible for that Ship’s compliance with the ISPS Code comply complies with the ISPS Code; and (b) use all reasonable endeavours to procure that the company responsible for the compliance of the Ship owned by it with the ISPS Code complies with the ISPS Code; and (c) maintain for that the Ship owned by it an ISSC; and (cd) notify the Agent immediately in writing after becoming aware of any actual or threatened withdrawal, suspension, cancellation or modification of the relevant ISSC.

ISPS Code. Each compliance The Borrower shall comply with the ISPS Code and in particular, without limitation, shall:will:- (a) procure that the Ship owned by it Vessel and the company Company responsible for that Ship’s the Vessel's compliance with the ISPS Code comply with the ISPS Code; and (b) maintain for that the Vessel throughout the Facility Period a valid and current International Ship an Security Certificate issued under the ISPS Code ("ISSC"); and (c) notify the Agent immediately in writing of any actual or threatened withdrawal, suspension, cancellation or modification of the ISSC.

ISPS Code. Each The Borrower procure that the Owner shall comply with the ISPS Code and in particular, without limitation, shall: (ad) procure that the Ship owned by it and the company responsible for that the Ship’s 's compliance with the ISPS Code comply with the ISPS Code; and (be) maintain for that the Ship an ISSC; and (cf) notify the Agent Lender immediately in writing of any actual or threatened withdrawal, suspension, cancellation or modification of the ISSC.
