Common use of ISPS Code Clause in Contracts

ISPS Code. Each Guarantor shall in relation to each Ship owned by it comply with the ISPS Code and in particular, without limitation, shall: (a) procure that that Ship and the company responsible for that Ship’s compliance with the ISPS Code comply with the ISPS Code; (b) maintain for that Ship an ISSC; and (c) notify the Agent immediately in writing of any actual or threatened withdrawal, suspension, cancellation or modification of the ISSC.

ISPS Code. Each The Corporate Guarantor shall in relation to each Ship owned by it comply with the ISPS Code and in particular, without limitation, shall: (a) procure that that the Ship and the company responsible for that such Ship’s compliance with the ISPS Code Code, comply with the ISPS Code;; and (b) maintain for that the Ship an ISSC; and (c) notify the Agent Lender immediately in writing of any actual or threatened withdrawal, suspension, cancellation or modification of the ISSC.

ISPS Code. Each Guarantor shall in relation to each Ship owned by it comply with the ISPS Code and in particular, without limitation, shall: (a) procure that that the Ship owned by it and the company responsible for that Ship’s compliance with the ISPS Code comply with the ISPS Code;; and (b) maintain an ISSC for that Ship an ISSCShip; and (c) notify the Facility Agent immediately in writing of any actual or threatened withdrawal, suspension, cancellation or modification of the ISSC.

Each Owner Guarantor shall in relation to each Ship owned by it comply with the ISPS Code and in particular, without limitation, shall: (a) procure that that Ship the Vessel owned by it and the company responsible for that Ship▇▇▇▇▇▇’s compliance with the ISPS Code comply with the ISPS Code;; and (b) maintain for that Ship Vessel an ISSC; and (c) notify the Agent immediately in writing of any actual or threatened withdrawal, suspension, cancellation or modification of the ISSC.
