Israeli Withdrawal. i. Israel shall withdraw in accordance with Article 5. ii. Palestine shall assume responsibility for the areas from which Israel withdraws. iii. The transfer of authority from Israel to Palestine shall be in accordance with Annex X. iv. The IVG shall monitor, verify, and facilitate the implementation of this Article.
