Common use of Issuance Amount Clause in Contracts

Issuance Amount. The number of shares to be acquired by the Investor, taking into account any reduction of the Share Consideration as agreed by the Parties pursuant to Section 2.02(d), may not exceed 19.9% of the number of shares of the Common Stock of the Company immediately prior to such issuance.
