Issuance and Custody of Certificates. (a) You must deliver to the Company a duly signed share power, endorsed in blank, relating to the Restricted Shares. (b) Any share certificates evidencing the Restricted Shares shall be held in custody by the Company until the vesting restrictions on such shares have lapsed.
