Issuance and Delivery of Warrant. The Company shall issue and deliver the Warrant to the Purchaser within five business days of the date of the Company’s receipt of stockholder approval of the issue of the Warrant in accordance with the same stockholder approval process described in Section 2(c) of the Note.
