Common use of Issuance and Repurchase of Shares Clause in Contracts

Issuance and Repurchase of Shares. The Trustees shall have the full power and authority to issue, sell, repurchase, redeem, retire, cancel, acquire, combine, hold, resell, dispose of, transfer, and otherwise deal in, Shares, including Shares in fractional denominations, and, subject to the more detailed provisions set forth in Section 7.2, to apply to any such repurchase, redemption, retirement, cancellation, acquisition or combination of Shares any funds or property whether capital or surplus or otherwise. Shares may be sold for cash or property or other consideration whenever and in such amounts and manner as the Trustees deem desirable. The Trustees shall have full power to provide the distribution of Shares by the Trust.
