ISSUANCE AND TERMS OF THE INITIAL LESSOR NOTES. (a) Issuance of the Lessor Notes at the Closing. On the Closing Date, the Initial Lessor Notes shall be issued to the applicable Pass Through Trustee in the amounts set forth in Schedule I hereto, and shall be dated the Closing Date.
