Issuance for Own Use. The Issuer reserves the right, to be exercised at its sole discretion after the Closing Date, to issue 3% of all Tokens issued in the course of the STO, calculated on the basis of a maximum issue of 200’000’000 Tokens and corresponding to a maximum number of 6’185’567 Token, for purposes of compensation of the Issuer’s management and staff involved in the structuring and execution of the STO.
