Common use of Issuance of Additional Debt Securities Clause in Contracts

Issuance of Additional Debt Securities. In addition to the Notes, the Issuer may, from time to time, issue other series of debt securities under the Original Indenture consisting of debentures, notes or other evidences of indebtedness, but such other series will be separate from and independent of the Notes. The Original Indenture does not limit the amount of debt securities or any other debt (whether secured or unsecured or whether subordinated or unsubordinated) which the Issuer may incur.
