Issuance of Bonds; Loan to Company. In order to provide for the refunding of the outstanding principal amount of the Prior Bonds, the Issuer will issue, sell and deliver the Bonds to the Underwriters and deposit the proceeds of the Bonds with the Trustee as provided in Section 3.1 hereof. Such deposit shall constitute a loan to the Company under this Agreement. The Issuer authorizes the Trustee to disburse the proceeds of the Bonds as provided in Section 3.1 hereof and to make disbursements out of such funds as in said Section 3.1

The Issuer authorizes the Trustee to disburse the proceeds of the Bonds as provided in accordance with Section 3.1 hereof and to make disbursements out of such funds as in said Section 3.14.01
