Common use of Issuance of Certificates Upon Transfer Clause in Contracts

Issuance of Certificates Upon Transfer. In the event certificates representing Litigation Trust Interests are created, subject to the conditions of Section 2.5(a) herein, whenever any certificate shall be presented for transfer or exchange, the Litigation Trustee shall cause the Registrar to issue, authenticate and deliver in exchange therefor, a certificate of the same class for the Litigation Trust Interest(s) that the Person presenting such certificates shall be entitled to receive.
