Common use of Issuance of Facility Letters of Credit Clause in Contracts

Issuance of Facility Letters of Credit. (a) Each Issuer agrees, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, to issue from time to time for the account of the Borrower, through such offices or branches as it and the Borrower may jointly agree, one or more Facility Letters of Credit in accordance with this Section 2.23, during the period commencing on the date hereof and ending on the thirtieth (30th) day prior to the Revolving Credit Termination Date. (b) The Borrower shall not request, and no Issuer shall issue, a Facility Letter of Credit for any purpose other than for purposes for which Loan proceeds may by used.
