Common use of Issuance of Global Securities Clause in Contracts

Issuance of Global Securities. If any such exchange or transfer of a Definitive Security for a beneficial interest in a Global Security is effected pursuant to clause (i) above at a time when a Global Security has not yet been issued, the Company shall issue and, upon receipt of an order in accordance with Section 2.4 hereof, the Trustee shall authenticate one or more Global Securities in an aggregate principal amount equal to the principal amount of Definitive Securities so transferred.
