Issuance of multiple. entry visas 1. Diplomatic missions and consular posts of the Member States shall issue multiple-entry visas with a term of validity of 5 years to the following categories of persons: (a) spouses, children (including adopted), who are under the age of 21 or are dependent and parents (including custodians), visiting citizens of Armenia legally residing in the Member States, or citizens of the Union residing in the territory of the Member State of which they are nationals; (b) members of national and regional governments and of constitutional and supreme courts if they are not exempted from the visa requirement by this Agreement, in the exercise of their duties; (c) permanent members of official delegations who, following an official invitation addressed to Armenia, are to participate regularly in meetings, consultations, negotiations or exchange programmes, as well as in events held in the territory of the Member States by intergovernmental organi sations; By way of derogation, where the need or the intention to travel frequently or regularly is manifestly limited to a shorter period, the term of validity of the multiple-entry visa shall be limited to that period, in particular where: — in the case of the persons referred to in point (a), the period of validity of the authorisation for legal residence of citizens of Armenia legally residing in the Union, — in case of the persons referred to in point (b), the term of office, — in the case of the persons referred to in point (c), the term of the validity of the status as a permanent member of an official delegation, is less than five years. 2. Diplomatic missions and consular posts of the Member States shall issue multiple-entry visas with the term of validity of one year to the following categories of persons, provided that during the previous year they have obtained at least one visa and have made use of it in accordance with the laws on entry and stay of the visited State: (a) members of official delegations who, following an official invitation addressed to Armenia, shall participate regularly in meetings, consultations, negotiations or exchange programmes, as well as in events held in the territory of the Member States by intergovernmental organisations; (b) representatives of civil society organisations and persons invited by Armenian community non-profit organisations registered in the Member States when undertaking trips to the Member States for the purposes of educational training, seminars, conferences, including in the framework of exchange programmes or Pan-Armenian and community support programmes; (c) members of the professions participating in international exhibitions, conferences, symposia, seminars or other similar events who regularly travel to the Member States; (d) persons participating in scientific, cultural or artistic activ ities, including university and other exchange programmes, who regularly travel to the Member States; (e) students and post-graduate persons who regularly travel for the purposes of study or educational training, including in the framework of exchange programmes; (f) participants of the official exchange programmes organised by twin cities and other municipal entities; (g) persons needing to visit regularly for medical reasons and necessary accompanying persons; (h) journalists and technical crew accompanying them in a professional capacity; (i) business people and representatives of business organi sations who regularly travel to the Member States; (j) participants in international sports events and persons accompanying them in a professional capacity; (k) drivers conducting international cargo and passenger trans portation services to the territories of the Member States in vehicles registered in Armenia. By way of derogation from the first sentence, where the need or the intention to travel frequently or regularly is manifestly limited to a shorter period, the term of validity of the multiple-entry visa shall be limited to that period. 3. Diplomatic missions and consular posts of the Member States shall issue multiple-entry visas with the term of validity of a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years to the categories of persons referred to in paragraph 2 of this Article, provided that during the previous 2 years they have made use of the one year multiple-entry visas in accordance with the laws on entry and stay of the visited State unless the need or the intention to travel frequently or regularly is manifestly limited to a shorter period, in which case the term of validity of the multiple-entry visa shall be limited to that period. 4. The total period of stay of persons referred to in para graphs 1 to 3 of this Article shall not exceed 90 days per period of 180 days in the territory of the Member States.

2. Diplomatic missions and consular posts of the Member States and of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall issue multiple-entry visas with the term of validity of one year to the following categories of personscitizens, provided that during the previous year they have obtained at least one visa and visa, have made use of it in accordance with the laws on entry and stay of the visited State:
(a) students, post-graduate students who regularly travel for the purposes of study or educational training, including in the framework of exchange programmes;
(b) journalists and technical crew accompanying them in a professional capacity;
(c) participants in official exchange programmes organised by twin cities;
(d) drivers conducting international cargo and passenger transportation services between the territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Member States in vehicles registered in the Member States or the Republic of Azerbaijan;
(e) persons needing to visit regularly for medical reasons and necessary accompanying persons;
(f) members of the professions participating in international exhibitions, conferences, symposia, seminars or other similar events who regularly travel to the Republic of Azerbaijan or the Member States;
(g) representatives of civil society organizations travelling regularly to the Republic of Azerbaijan or the Member States for the purposes of educational training, seminars, conferences, including in the framework of exchange programmes;
(h) persons participating in scientific, cultural and artistic activities, including university and other exchange programmes, who regularly travel to the Republic of Azerbaijan or the Member States;
(i) participants in international sports events and persons accompanying them in a professional capacity;
(j) members of official delegations who, following an official invitation addressed to Armeniathe Member State, the European Union or the Republic of Azerbaijan, shall participate regularly in meetings, consultations, negotiations or exchange programmes, as well as in events held in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan or of the Member States by intergovernmental organisations;
(b) representatives of civil society organisations and persons invited by Armenian community non-profit organisations registered in the Member States when undertaking trips to the Member States for the purposes of educational training, seminars, conferences, including in the framework of exchange programmes or Pan-Armenian and community support programmes;

Diplomatic missions and consular posts of the Member States and of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall issue multiple-entry visas with the term of validity of a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years to the categories of persons referred to in paragraph 2 of this Article, provided that during the previous 2 years they have made use of the one year multiple-entry visas in accordance with the laws on entry and stay of the visited State State, unless the need or the intention to travel frequently or regularly is manifestly limited to a shorter period, in which case the term of validity of the multiple-entry visa shall be limited to that period.

4. The total period of stay of persons referred to in para graphs paragraphs 1 to 3 of this Article shall not exceed 90 days per period of 180 days in the territory of the Member States.

2. Diplomatic missions and consular posts of the Member States shall issue multiple-entry visas with a term of validity of up to one year to the following categories of persons, provided that during the previous year they have obtained at least one visa, have made use of it in accordance with the laws on entry and stay of the visited State and that there are reasons for requesting a multiple-entry visa:
(a) for members of official delegations who, following an offi- cial invitation addressed to the purposes Republic of educational trainingSerbia, seminarsshall regu- larly participate in meetings, conferencesconsultations, including negotiations or exchange programmes, as well as in events held in the framework xxxxx- xxxx of exchange programmes or Pan-Armenian the Member States by intergovernmental organisations;

(d) for members of train, refrigerator and locomotive crews in international trains, travelling to the territories of the Mem- ber States;
(e) for journalists;
(f) for persons participating in scientific, cultural or and artistic activ itiesactivities, including university and other exchange programmes, pro- grammes who regularly travel to the Member States;
(eg) for students and post-graduate persons students who regularly travel for the purposes of study or educational training, including in the framework of exchange programmes;
(fh) for participants of the in international sport events and persons accompanying them in a professional capacity;
(i) for participants in official exchange programmes organised by twin cities municipalities and other municipal entitiescities;

(a) spouses, children (including adopted), who are under the age of 21 or are dependent and parents (including custodians), visiting citizens of Armenia legally residing in the Member States, or citizens of the Union residing in the territory of the Member State of which they are nationals;
(b) members of national and regional local governments and parliaments, constitutional courts, the supreme court or court of constitutional and supreme courts auditors, if they are not exempted exempt from the visa requirement by requirements under this Agreement, in the exercise of their duties;
(cb) permanent members of official delegations who, following an official invitation addressed to ArmeniaCabo Verde, are travelling to participate regularly a Member State to take part in meetings, consultations, negotiations negotiations, exchange programmes or exchange programmesevents organised on the initiative of intergovernmental organisations;
(c) business people and company representatives who regularly travel to the Member States;
(d) spouses, as well as in events held children (including adopted children) under the age of 21 or dependent, and parents of either Cabo Verde citizens legally resident in the territory of a Member State or Union citizens resident in the Member States by intergovernmental organi sations; By way State of derogationtheir nationality. 2. Diplomatic Without prejudice to paragraph 1, diplomatic missions and consular posts of the Member States shall issue multiple-entry visas to other applicants with a validity period of:
(a) one year, provided that the applicant has obtained and lawfully used a visa within the previous 18 months;
(b) two years, provided that the applicant has obtained and lawfully used, a multiple-entry visa valid for one year within the previous 30 months;
(c) three to five years, provided that the applicant has obtained and lawfully used a multiple-entry visa valid for two years within the previous 42 months.
3. By way of derogation from paragraphs 1 and 2, the term of validity of one year to the following categories of personsvisa may be shortened in individual cases, provided where there is reasonable doubt that during the previous year they have obtained at least one visa and have made use of it in accordance with entry conditions will be met for the laws on entry and stay entire period or where the validity of the visited State:visa would exceed that of the applicant's travel document.

(f) participants of the official exchange programmes organised by twin cities and other municipal entities;
(g) persons needing to visit regularly for medical reasons and necessary accompanying persons;

(i) business people and representatives of business organi sations who regularly travel to the Member States;

3. Diplomatic missions and consular posts of the Member States shall issue multiple-entry visas with the term of validity of a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years to the categories of persons referred to in paragraph 2 of this Article, provided that during the previous 2 years they have made use of the one year multiple-entry visas in accordance with the laws on entry and stay of the visited State unless the need or the intention to travel frequently or regularly is manifestly limited to a shorter period, in which case the term of validity of the multiple-entry visa shall be limited to that period.

(a) members of official delegations who, following an official invitation addressed to Bosnia and Herzegovina, shall regu- larly participate in meetings, consultations, negotiations or exchange programmes, as well as in events held in the xxxxx- xxxx of the Member States by intergovernmental organisations;
(b) business people and representatives of business organisations who regularly travel to the Member States;
(c) drivers conducting international cargo and passenger trans- portation services to the territories of the Member States in vehicles registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina;
(d) members of train, refrigerator and locomotive crews in inter- national trains, travelling to the territories of the Member States;
(e) journalists;
(f) persons participating in scientific, cultural or and artistic activ itiesactivi- ties, including university and other exchange programmes, who regularly travel to the Member States;
(eg) students and post-graduate persons students who regularly travel for the purposes of study or educational training, including in the framework of exchange programmes;
(f) participants of the official exchange programmes organised by twin cities and other municipal entities;
(g) persons needing to visit regularly for medical reasons and necessary accompanying persons;
(h) journalists and technical crew accompanying them in a professional capacity;
(i) business people and representatives of business organi sations who regularly travel to the Member States;
(j) participants in international sports events and persons accompanying them in a professional capacity;
(i) participants in official exchange programmes organised by twin cities;
(j) persons needing to visit regularly for medical reasons and necessary accompanying persons;
(k) drivers conducting international cargo representatives of the traditional religious communities in Bosnia and passenger trans portation services to Herzegovina visiting diasporas of Bosnia in Herzegovina in the territories territory of the Member States in vehicles registered in Armenia. By way of derogation from the first sentenceStates, where the need or the intention who regu- larly travel to travel frequently or regularly is manifestly limited to a shorter period, the term of validity of the multiple-entry visa shall be limited to that period.
3. Diplomatic missions and consular posts of the Member States;
(l) representatives of civil society organisations travelling regu- larly to Member States for the purposes of educational train- ing, seminars, conferences, including in the framework of exchange programmes; States shall issue multiple-entry visas with the a term of validity of a minimum of 2 two years and a maximum of 5 five years to the categories cat- egories of persons referred to in paragraph 2 of this Articlearticle, provided pro- vided that during the previous 2 two years they have made use of the one year multiple-entry visas in accordance with the laws on entry and stay of the visited State unless and that the need or the intention to travel frequently or regularly is manifestly limited to reasons for request- ing a shorter period, in which case the term of validity of the multiple-entry visa shall be limited to that periodare still valid.
4. The total period of stay of persons referred to in para graphs 1 to 3 of this Article shall not exceed 90 days per period of 180 days in the territory of the Member States.

Issuance of multiple. entry visas
1. Diplomatic missions and consular posts of the Member States shall issue multiple-entry visas with a term of validity of 5 up to five years to the following categories of persons:
(a) spouses, children (including adopted), who are under the age of 21 or are dependent and parents (including custodians), visiting citizens of Armenia legally residing in the Member States, or citizens members of the Union residing in Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the territory prosecutor office of the Member State of which they are nationals;
(b) members of national Bosnia and regional governments and of constitutional and supreme courts Herzegovina, if they are not exempted from the visa requirement by this Agreementthe present Agree- ment, in the exercise of their duties, with a term of validity limited to their term of office if this is less than five years;
(cb) permanent members of official delegations who, following an official invitation addressed to ArmeniaBosnia and Herzegovina, are to shall regularly participate regularly in meetings, consultations, negotiations or exchange programmes, as well as in events held in the territory of the Member States by intergovernmental organi sations; By way of derogation, where the need or the intention to travel frequently or regularly is manifestly limited to a shorter period, the term of validity of the multiple-entry visa shall be limited to that period, in particular where: — in the case of the persons referred to in point (a), the period of validity of the authorisation for legal residence of citizens of Armenia legally residing in the Union, — in case of the persons referred to in point (b), the term of office, — in the case of the persons referred to in point (c), the term of the validity of the status as a permanent member of an official delegation, is less than five years.
2. Diplomatic missions and consular posts of the Member States shall issue multiple-entry visas with the term of validity of one year to the following categories of persons, provided that during the previous year they have obtained at least one visa and have made use of it in accordance with the laws on entry and stay of the visited State:
(a) members of official delegations who, following an official invitation addressed to Armenia, shall participate regularly in meetings, consultations, negotiations nego- tiations or exchange programmes, as well as in events held in the territory of the Member States by intergovernmental organisations;
(bc) representatives close relatives — spouse, children (including adopted), par- ents (including custodians) — visiting nationals of civil society organisations Bosnia and persons invited by Armenian community non-profit organisations registered Herzegovina legally residing in the territory of the Member States when undertaking trips with the term of validity limited to the duration of the validity of their authorisation for legal residence.
2. Diplomatic missions and consular posts of the Member States shall issue multiple-entry visas with a term of validity of up to one year to the following categories of persons, provided that during the previous year they have obtained at least one visa, have made use of it in accordance with the laws on entry and stay of the visited State and that there are reasons for the purposes requesting a multiple-entry visa:
(a) members of educational trainingofficial delegations who, seminarsfollowing an official invitation addressed to Bosnia and Herzegovina, conferencesshall regu- larly participate in meetings, including consultations, negotiations or exchange programmes, as well as in events held in the framework xxxxx- xxxx of exchange programmes or Pan-Armenian and community support programmesthe Member States by intergovernmental organisations;
(cb) members business people and representatives of the professions participating in international exhibitions, conferences, symposia, seminars or other similar events business organisations who regularly travel to the Member States;
(c) drivers conducting international cargo and passenger trans- portation services to the territories of the Member States in vehicles registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina;
(d) members of train, refrigerator and locomotive crews in inter- national trains, travelling to the territories of the Member States;
(e) journalists;
