Issuance of New Contract. Following cancellation for nonpayment of Premiums, the current Agreement will not be reinstated. Instead, GROUP must submit a new application for coverage. A new contract will be issued only upon demonstration that GROUP meets all eligibility requirements, including payment of any and all outstanding earned Premium payments still owing and due.
