Upon receipt by the Company of evidence reasonably satisfactory to it of a loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of a Warrant Certificate, reimbursement by Holder to the Company of all incidental expenses and, in the case of loss, theft or destruction, receipt of indemnity or security from Holder reasonably satisfactory
