Common use of Issuance of New Warrant Certificate Clause in Contracts

Issuance of New Warrant Certificate. Notwithstanding any of the provisions of this Warrant Certificate, the Company may, at its option, issue a new Warrant Certificate evidencing the Warrants evidenced hereby in such form as may be approved by its Board of Directors to reflect any adjustment or change in the Purchase Price and the number or kind or class of shares of capital stock or other securities or property purchasable under this Warrant Certificate made in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
