Issuance of New Warrant Certificates. Notwithstanding any of the provisions of this Agreement or the Warrant Certificates to the contrary, the Company may, at its option, issue new Warrant Certificates in such form as may be approved by its Board of Directors to reflect any adjustment or change in the number or kind of shares purchasable under the several Warrant Certificates made in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
