Issuance of Non-Compliance Citation Reports. If Grantee fails to provide requested information in the specified timeframe and format, cooperate with allowable monitoring activities, or utilize grant resources and operate grant programs in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, TJJD may issue a Non-Compliance Citation Report. This will result in notification to Xxxxxxx’s juvenile board of the non-compliance, requires a formal plan of correction be submitted to TJJD to correct the non-compliance, and may result in withholding of payment.
