Issuance of Option Rights. If at any time the Company issues or distributes (without payment of any consideration) to all holders of its Common Stock any Option Rights, then the Company shall also issue or distribute such Option Rights to the Holder as if this Warrant had been exercised immediately prior to the record date for such issuance.
