Issuance of Pay and Record of Employment. 26.5.1 Provided an employee has complied with the Contractor's clearance system, and in the case of a camp resident has obtained a Camp Clearance slip, the Contractor shall: 26.5.1.1 In the case of resignation and discharge: a) Issue the employee's Record of Employment and; b) Pay the employee all monies owing or alternately mail the employee's pay cheque within four (4) working days from the date of termination. In the latter case, the employee's pay shall be forwarded by registered mail, addressed as directed by the employee. 26.5.1.2 In the case of Lay-Off: a) Issue the employee's Record of Employment and; b) Pay the employee all monies owing.
