Common use of Issuance of Put Options Clause in Contracts

Issuance of Put Options. The Number of Put Options issued hereunder shall be represented by this Put Option Agreement. The issue date of the Put Options shall be the date of the Closing (as defined in the Stock Purchase Agreement). The Put Options issued to the Purchaser at the Closing shall be the only Put Options issued or outstanding under this Put Option Agreement. All Put Options issued under this Put Option Agreement shall in all respects be equally and ratably entitled to the benefits hereof, without preference, priority, or distinction.
