Common use of Issuance of Ratings Clause in Contracts

Issuance of Ratings. The Policy Provider shall have received confirmation that the risk secured by the Policy is rated no lower than "A-" by S&P and "Baa2" by Moody's, the Class G Certificates, when issued, will be rated "AAA" by S&P and "Aaa" by Moody's and that the Class C Certificates, when issued, will be rated "BBB" by S&P and "Baa3" by Moody's, and shall have received the confirmation from S&P of a capital charge acceptable to the Policy Provider;

Issuance of Ratings. The Policy Provider shall have received confirmation that the risk secured insured by the Policy is rated no lower than "A-" by S&P and "Baa2" by Moody's's and "BBB" by Standard & Poor's (in each case, without regard to the Policy) and that the Class G G-1 Certificates, when issued, will be rated "AAA" by S&P and "Aaa" by Moody's and that the Class C Certificates, when issued, will be rated "BBBAAA" by S&P and "Baa3" by MoodyStandard & Poor's, and shall have received the confirmation from S&P of a capital charge acceptable to the Policy Provider;
