Common use of ISSUANCE OF SHARES; ADJUSTMENTS Clause in Contracts

ISSUANCE OF SHARES; ADJUSTMENTS. 1.1 As payment of the second Installment Payment specified in Project Order No. 1, Geron will issue and deliver certificates for 134,048 Shares. Upon issuance and delivery of the certificate(s) for the Shares, all Shares shall be duly authorized and validly issued and represent fully paid shares of Geron's Common Stock.

ISSUANCE OF SHARES; ADJUSTMENTS. 1.1 As payment of the second Installment Payment price specified in the Project Order No. 1Agreement, Geron will issue and deliver to COMPANY certificates for 134,048 195,331 Shares. Upon issuance and delivery of the certificate(s) for the Shares, all Shares shall be duly authorized and validly issued and represent fully paid shares of Geron's Common StockShares.

ISSUANCE OF SHARES; ADJUSTMENTS. 1.1 1.1. As payment of the second eighth Installment Payment specified in Project Order No. 1, Geron will issue and deliver certificates for 134,048 163,666 shares of Common Stock (the “Shares”). Upon issuance and delivery of the certificate(s) for the Shares, all Shares shall be duly authorized and validly issued and represent fully paid shares of Geron's ’s Common Stock.

Upon issuance and delivery of the certificate(s) for the Shares, all Shares shall be duly authorized and validly issued and represent fully paid shares of Geron's Common Stock.

Upon issuance and delivery of the certificate(s) for the Shares, all Shares shall be duly authorized and validly issued and represent fully paid shares of Geron's ’s Common Stock.

Upon issuance and delivery of the certificate(s) for the Shares, all Shares shall be duly authorized and validly issued and represent fully paid shares of Geron's Common Stock.
