Common use of Issuance of Shares of Stock Clause in Contracts

Issuance of Shares of Stock. Subject to the provisions of Section 6.3 below, the Company shall issue to the Participant on the Settlement Date with respect to each Vested Unit to be settled on such date one (1) share of Stock. Shares of Stock issued in settlement of Units shall not be subject to any restriction on transfer other than any such restriction as may be required pursuant to Section 6.3, Section 7 or the Company’s Trading Compliance Policy.

Issuance of Shares of Stock. Subject to the provisions of Section Sections 6.3 and 6.4 below, the Company shall issue to the Participant on the Settlement Date with respect to each Vested Unit to be settled on such date one (1) share of Stock. Subject to the provisions of Section 6.3 below5.3, the Company shall issue to the Participant on as soon as practicable after the Settlement Date with respect to each Vested Unit to be settled on such date one (1) share of Stock. The Settlement Date with respect to a Unit shall be the date on which such Unit becomes a Vested Unit as provided by the Grant Notice (a “Settlement Date”.) Shares of Stock issued in settlement of Units shall not be subject to any restriction on transfer other than any such restriction as may be required pursuant to Section 6.35.3, Section 7 6 or the Company’s Trading Compliance Policy.

Subject to the provisions of Section Sections 4, 5, 6.3 belowand 7, the Company shall issue to the Participant on the Settlement Date applicable settlement date with respect to each Vested Unit to be settled on such date one (1) share of Stock. Shares of Stock issued in settlement of Vested Units shall not be subject to any restriction on transfer other than any such restriction as may be required pursuant to Section 6.3, Section 7 or the Company’s Trading Compliance Policy.

Issuance of Shares of Stock. Subject to the provisions of Section 6.3 below, the Company shall issue to the Participant Participant, on the Settlement Date with respect to each Vested Unit to be settled on such date date, one (1) share of Stock. Shares of Stock issued in settlement of Vested Units shall not be subject to any restriction on transfer other than any such restriction as may be required pursuant to Section 6.3, Section 7 or the Company’s Trading Compliance Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy.
