Common use of Issuance of Stock Option Clause in Contracts

Issuance of Stock Option. Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, the Company is granting to the Employee an option to purchase up to 400,000 shares of the Company's common stock pursuant to the Company's Stock Option Plan. Such option shall be subject to the vesting schedule and terms and conditions set forth in the form of stock option agreement attached as Exhibit A hereto.

Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, the Company is granting to the Employee an Executive a non-statutory option to purchase up to 400,000 1,000,000 shares of the Company's common stock pursuant to the Company's Stock Option Planat an option price of $0.01 per share. Such option shall be subject to the vesting schedule and terms and conditions set forth in the form of stock option agreement Stock Option Agreement attached as Exhibit A hereto.
