Common use of Issuance of Stock Option Clause in Contracts

Issuance of Stock Option. Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, the Company shall issue to Executive an option to purchase up to 250,000 shares of the Company's common stock pursuant to the Company's Incentive Stock Option Plan. Such option shall be subject to the vesting schedule and terms and conditions set forth in the form of stock option agreement attached to this Agreement as an exhibit.

Issuance of Stock Option.
