Issuance of Stock or Other Ownership Interests. The Borrower shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to issue any additional shares of their capital stock or other ownership interests or any options, warrants or other rights in respect thereof, provided that the Borrower’s Subsidiaries may issue shares of capital stock or other ownership interests to the Borrower or any other Subsidiary or shareholder in any Joint Venture.
