Common use of Issuance of the REMIC I Regular Interests and the Class R-I Interest Clause in Contracts

Issuance of the REMIC I Regular Interests and the Class R-I Interest. The Trustee acknowledges the assignment to it of the Mortgage Loans and the delivery to the applicable Custodian on its behalf of the Mortgage Loan Documents, subject to the provisions of Section 2.01 and Section 2.02 hereof and Section 2 of the related Custodial Agreement, together with the assignment to it of all other assets included in REMIC I, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. The interests evidenced by the Class R-I Interest, together with the REMIC I Regular Interests, constitute the entire beneficial ownership interest in REMIC I. The rights of the Holders of the Class R-I Interest and REMIC I (as holder of the REMIC I Regular Interests) to receive distributions from the proceeds of REMIC I in respect of the Class R-I Interest and the REMIC I Regular Interests, respectively, and all ownership interests evidenced or constituted by the Class R-I Interest and the REMIC I Regular Interests, shall be as set forth in this Agreement.
