Common use of Issuance of Vested Units Clause in Contracts

Issuance of Vested Units. Subject to the terms of this Agreement and/or the Plan, the Company shall issue to the Executive on the first (1st) business day following the Certification Date, subject to the Executive’s continuous employment with Sirius XM through January 10, 2025 (except as otherwise set forth herein), a number of Shares equal to the number of Vested Units.

Issuance of Vested Units. Subject to the terms of this Agreement and/or the Plan, the Company shall issue issue, or cause there to be transferred. to the Executive on the first (1st) business day following the Certification Date, subject to the Executive’s continuous employment service with Sirius XM through January 10, 2025 (except as otherwise set forth herein)on the last day of the Performance Period, a number of Shares equal to the number of Vested Units. In no event shall the Shares issued hereunder be issued later than the March 15th following the end of the Performance Period.
