Common use of Issuance of Voting Trust Certificates Clause in Contracts

Issuance of Voting Trust Certificates. The Trustee shall from time to time issue and deliver to each Beneficiary for whom a Beneficiary Account has been established one or more Voting Trust Certificates (each, a "Certificate") in respect of the Trust Shares and Ancillary Rights relating thereto held in such Beneficiary Account in the form set forth in Exhibit B hereto. Such Certificates shall be signed by the Trustee.
