Issuance of Voting Trust Certificates. Upon receipt of the new certificate representing the Trust Shares, the Trustee shall deliver to the Company one or more voting trust certificates therefor, each substantially in the form of EXHIBIT A hereto (each, a "VOTING TRUST CERTIFICATE"). Each Voting Trust Certificate shall specify the series or class, and number of Trust Shares in respect of which it is issued, shall be dated the date of its issuance and shall be signed manually by a representative of the Trustees.
