Common use of Issuance of Warrant Certificates Clause in Contracts

Issuance of Warrant Certificates. Warrant Certificates evidencing the right to purchase an aggregate principal amount not exceeding [$_______] aggregate principal amount of Warrant Securities (except as provided in Section 2.03(c), 3.02 and 4.01) may be executed by the Company and delivered to the Warrant Agent upon the execution of this Agreement or from time to time thereafter.
