Common use of Issuance of Warrant Shares Clause in Contracts

Issuance of Warrant Shares. The Company covenants that the Warrant Shares, when issued pursuant to the exercise of this Warrant, will be duly and validly issued, fully-paid and non-assessable and free from all taxes, liens, and charges with respect to the issuance thereof (except for any applicable transfer taxes, which shall be paid by the Holder).

Issuance of Warrant Shares. The Company covenants that all Warrant Shares shall, upon issuance thereof in accordance with the Warrant Shares, when issued pursuant to the exercise terms of this Warrant, will be (a) duly and authorized, validly issued, fully-fully paid and non-assessable nonassessable and (b) free from all taxes, liens, pledges, charges and charges with respect to the issuance thereof (except for any applicable transfer taxes, which shall be paid security interests created by the Holder)Company.

Issuance of Warrant Shares. The Company covenants that the Warrant Shares, when issued pursuant to the exercise of this Warrant, will be duly and validly issued, fully-fully paid and non-assessable nonassessable and free from all taxes, liens, liens and charges with respect to the issuance thereof (except for any applicable transfer taxes, which shall be paid by the Holder)thereof.
