Common use of ISSUE AND AUTHENTICATION OF BONDS OF THE TWENTY-FIRST SERIES Clause in Contracts

ISSUE AND AUTHENTICATION OF BONDS OF THE TWENTY-FIRST SERIES. Upon compliance by the Company with the requirements of the Indenture, including this Twenty-Third Supplement, for the issuance of additional Bonds, Bonds of the Twenty-First Series up to an aggregate principal amount of $150,000,000 may forthwith, or, at the election of the Company, in stages from time to time, be executed by the Company and delivered to the Trustee, and the Trustee shall thereupon authenticate and make available for delivery said Bonds in accordance with the provisions of Article III of the Original Indenture. The signature of the officers of the Company on Bonds of the Twenty-First Series may be by facsimile if so authorized by the Company's Board of Directors.
