Common use of Issue Date; Maturity Clause in Contracts

Issue Date; Maturity. Subject to Section 2.1(b), the Senior Notes shall initially be issued as of the date hereof; the Stated Maturity of the Senior Notes shall be June 15, 2030 or if such date is not a Business Day, the next Business Day.
