Issue in substitution for Lost Warrants. (1) In case a Warrant shall become mutilated, lost, destroyed or stolen, the Company in its discretion may issue and deliver a new Warrant of like date and tenor as the one mutilated, lost, destroyed or stolen in exchange for, and in place of, and upon cancellation of such mutilated Warrant, or in lieu of and in substitution for such lost, destroyed or stolen Warrant, and the substituted Warrant shall be entitled to the benefit hereof and rank equally in accordance with its terms with all other Warrants of the same issue.
