Common use of Issue in substitution for Lost Warrants Clause in Contracts

Issue in substitution for Lost Warrants. (1) If a Warrant Certificate becomes mutilated or is lost, destroyed or stolen, the Corporation, subject to applicable law and to subsection 2.4(2), shall issue and thereupon the Trustee shall countersign or certify and deliver a new Warrant Certificate of like date and tenor as the one mutilated, lost, destroyed or stolen upon surrender of and in place of and upon cancellation of the mutilated Warrant Certificate or in lieu of and in substitution for the lost, destroyed or stolen Warrant Certificate and the substituted Warrant Certificate shall be in a form approved by the Trustee and shall be entitled to the benefit hereof, rank equally in accordance with its terms with all other Warrant Certificates issued or to be issued hereunder and will bear the same legends as the Warrant Certificate being replaced.
