Common use of Issue of Certificate Clause in Contracts

Issue of Certificate. 1. In the circumstances referred to in Articles 7, 8, 10 and 11 thereof, the Competent Institution of the Contracting Party whose legislation is applied shall, upon request, issue a certificate on application of such legislation in respect to the relevant employment. In the circumstances described in Article 7 and 11, the certificate must include information on the period for which it is valid.

Issue of Certificate. 1. In the circumstances referred to described in Articles 7, 8, 4 to 7，9 and 10 and 11 thereofof this Agreement, the Competent Institution Agency of the Contracting Party State whose legislation is applied shall, upon request, issue a certificate on application of such legislation in respect to of the relevant employmentemployment stating that the employee is subject to that legislation. In the circumstances described in Article 7 Articles 4, 5 and 1110 of this Agreement, the certificate must include information on the period for which it is valid.
