Common use of Issue of ETP Securities Clause in Contracts

Issue of ETP Securities. Subject to Clause 3.13, promptly upon receipt by the Issuing and Paying Agent of the information and instructions enabling it to do so, the Issuing and Paying Agent (or any other Paying Agent appointed by the Issuing and Paying Agent to act for such purposes on its behalf) shall notify the Registrar of all relevant information, whereupon the Registrar shall complete one or more Certificates in an aggregate nominal amount equal to that of the Tranche to be issued (unless the Issuing and Paying Agent is to do so in its capacity as, or as agent for, the Registrar), authenticate each Certificate (or cause its agent on its behalf to do so) and deliver them to the Issuing and Paying Agent not later than the time specified by the Issuing and Paying Agent.
